Clients can continue to call our main line to book service calls, but for faster service, please email the details of your request to firstname.lastname@example.org and a ticket will be auto-generated in our Connectwise system. Receive email updates as your ticket progresses through our Operations department so you’re always in the know! If you require after-hours emergency service, please call (780) 809-1786 or 1 (888) 782-9357 and leave a message in our After-Hours Emergency Mailbox. Our on-call technician will return the call within two hours.
