If we can’t troubleshoot and fix your issue remotely, our friendly and experienced technicians will come to your place of business with everything they need to diagnose and repair your system. If we can’t fix it right away, we’ll offer a temporary solution to get you back up and running while we replace or upgrade the necessary parts.
Moving locations or expanding/downsizing your office? We specialize in complete system moves, additions or changes (MACs). Our technicians can complete all the necessary modifications to your system or we can train you to handle basic changes like adding new phones and resetting passwords.

Call our Edmonton office and we’ll do our best to solve your problems over the phone so you can get back to business with as little disruption as possible.
If your system needs to be replaced or requires a part that isn’t in stock, we’ll provide a temporary solution during the repair process. For example, we can offer you a temporary Cloud-hosted auto attendant or replacement phones with direct lines so you can keep working while your usual system is down.

- Make sure the cord is securely plugged into the wall.
- Take a working phone from another office and plug it into the same outlet to check whether or not you get dial tone.
- Check for lights on the phoneset to see if it is connected to power.
